As a TikTok Content Creator based in Ghana, you will play a pivotal role in our digital strategy, crafting compelling content that drives engagement and enhances brand presence across platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualise and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok that resonates with our brand identity and objectives.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments to integrate relevant content into our social media strategy.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align content with campaign goals and messaging, translating them into impactful visual stories.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including, editing, sound design, and visual effects, ensuring high-quality output.
- Experiment with various video styles and formats to maintain content freshness and appeal to diverse audiences.
- Engage actively with TikTok followers, monitor comments, and analyse trends to foster community interaction and drive meaningful engagement.
- Analyse video performance metrics and insights to optimise content strategies for enhanced engagement and audience growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience in creating TikTok content, with a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
- A thorough understanding of TikTok’s platform, including trends, challenges, and its unique community culture.
- Expertise in using video editing software and creative tools to deliver visually engaging and polished content.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the knack for capturing audience interest quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects efficiently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both for effective collaboration with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.
